Nosferatu Trailer to Screen Exclusively in Theaters Before The Bikeriders

Since we got the first look at Lily-Rose Depp in Nosferatu in November last year, it has been crickets from Robert Eggers and the team behind the film who have kept us in the dark about this reimagining of the classic tale.

Now, we finally have an update, as it was announced that the first trailer for the film is set to play exclusively in theaters ahead of screenings of The Bikeriders.

Set to debut in theaters this Christmas, the official synopsis for Eggers Nosferatu reveals what we can expect:

A gothic tale of obsession between a haunted young woman and the terrifying vampire infatuated with her, causing untold horror in its wake.

Lily-Rose Depp will play Ellen Hutter and is joined by a stellar ensemble made up of Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Bill Skarsg?rd, Nicholas Hoult, Emma Corrin, Willem Dafoe, Ralph Ineson, Simon McBurney, Paul A Maynard, Stacy Thunes and Roman Bloodworth.

Eggers teased his film at this year's CinemaCon, where the trailer screened for those in attendance.

Kenzie Vanunu, co-founder and editor-in-chief at Offscreen Central, who was in attendance, described the trailer as "stunning", praising "the haunting cinematography".

Another reporter, Germain Lussier, said we can expect to see "big castles, sweeping vistas" and even "more rats".

Daniel Howat, a journalist for Next Best Picture, said Nosferatu "looks perfectly terrifying".

So, if you want to be one of the first to lay eyes on the Nosferatu trailer, you will have to grab yourself a ticket to The Bikeriders this weekend — a film we called a compelling study of power and influence.
