Olivia Palermo Bares All in Completely See-Through Top

Olivia Palermo’s status as a fashion superstar has always been clear to see. But this week, she put the emphasis on the “clear.”

The socialite, 30, sported a completely sheer mock neck black lace top while strolling through Brooklyn on Wednesday. She completed her black ensemble with suspender pants and Jimmy Choo flats. Both her top and pants are from her line, Olivia Palermo x Chelsea 28, available at Nordstrom — but while an average girl might wear the shirt with a camisole or even a dark bra, Olivia went one step more Fashion and wore it over stick-on floral pasties.

Her line, which hit stores in February, comes after her other collaboration deals, including a jewelry collection at BaubleBar and line of sunglasses at Westward Leaning.

Palermo, of course, is only the latest star to enjoy a sheer top — consider the patron saint of the look, Kim Kardashian West. The 35-year-old reality star kicked off New York Fashion Week last month with a sheer black jumpsuit and covered up with an almost-floor-length black and white fur coat. The top of her look showed similarities to that sheer long sleeve top she can’t get enough of, as evidenced in countless Instagrams.

Jennifer Lopez was also spotted rocking the sheer look (with cutouts!) for her 46th birthday festivities, inspiring West to refer to J.Lo as her #BodyGoals.

Does this mean we should expect Palermo to release a book of NSFW selfies or book a residency in Vegas soon? One can only hope.
