‘One Piece’ Casts Sendhil Ramamurthy As Nefertari Cobra In Season 2
Heroes alum Sendhil Ramamurthy is the latest cast addition to Netflix’s One Piece. Ramamurthy will play Nefertari Cobra in Season 2, the streamer announced today.
He joins previously announced Katey Sagal as Dr. Kureha and Mark Harelik as Dr. Hiriluk, along with Brendan Sean Murray as Brogy, Callum Kerr as Smoker, Camrus Johnson as Mr. 5, Clive Russell as Crocus, Daniel Lasker as Mr. 9, David Dastmalchian as Mr. 3, Jazzara Jaslyn as Miss Valentine, Julia Rehwald as Tashigi, Rob Colletti as Wapol, Ty Keogh as Dalton, and Werner Coetser as Dorry.

Returning are stars I?aki Godoy as Monkey D. Luffy,, Mackenyu as Zoro, Emily Rudd as Nami, Jacob Romero as Usopp, Taz Skylar as Sanji, Ilia Isorelys Paulino as Alvida, Jeff Ward as Buggy, and Michael Dorman as Gold Roger.
Season 2 is about two months into production in Cape Town, South Africa.

One Piece follows the otherworldly adventures of Monkey D. Luffy (I?aki Godoy) and his pirate crew as they explore exotic islands and endless oceans in search for the ultimate treasure “One Piece” to become the next Pirate King.
The series is done in partnership with Shueisha and produced by Tomorrow Studios, an ITV Studios partner, and Netflix. Season 2 executive producers include showrunners Matt Owens & Joe Tracz, Oda, Adelstein and Clements through Tomorrow Studios, Tetsu Fujimura, Chris Symes and Steve Maeda.
Perhaps best known for his starring role on Heroes and Heroes Reborn as fan-favorite Dr. Mohinder Suresh, Ramamurthy’s recent credits include Doom Patrol, Never Have I Ever and The Flash, among others.
