Will Ospreay is back, and after a sudden attack, Chris Jericho wants a piece of him during AEW All In.

During tonight’s episode of AEW Dynamite, Jericho took part in a brief in-ring segment with Don Callis. Jericho lamented the recent downfall of the Jericho Appreciation Society, and said that he’s been forced to reevaluate how he handles himself and other things.

As a result, he then said he’d be willing to join the Don Callis Family, and asked Callis to show him a painting that Callis had brought into the ring with him.

A clearly stunned Callis revealed the painting, showing Callis holding a disembodied head of Jericho. The superstar then said Callis probably didn’t expect him to say yes, and began berating the man. After some more back and forth, Callis eventually slapped Jericho, causing Jericho to attack Callis. Takeshita tried to step in but Jericho fought him off, and tha’s when Ospreay appeared.

The returning superstar — who had last appeared at an AEW event in June during AEW’s Forbidden Door pay-per-view with New Japan Pro-Wrestling — hit Jericho with a chair, allowing Callis and Takeshita to join in on the ambush until Sammy Guevara came down for the save.

Later in the night, Jericho said that he and Ospreay have been on a collision course since 2021, and that it’s time for them to clash, when Jericho said he would embarrass the NJPW star in front of his friends, family, and countrymen at AEW All In.
