Ozzy Osbourne is stepping out for the fans.

The Black Sabbath frontman signed autographs for fans at a Son of Monsterpalooza event in Burbank, California, over the weekend along with his children and wife Sharon Osbourne, the rockstar's son Jack Osbourne shared on Instagram Monday.

"Thanks so much to everyone that came to @monsterpaloozaofficial this weekend!! Loved meeting and getting to hang out with you all," he captioned a video slideshow of fans, his mother and father, and sister Kelly Osbourne.

The rock star has rarely been seen out since being diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in 2019 and amid other health struggles.

Osbourne suffered from a spinal injury that same year, which has prevented him from touring. In 2023, he announced he was canceling U.K. and European tour dates because of his physical weakness following three operations and stem cell treatments.

The Grammy winner then announced in May he was undergoing stem cell treatments after doctors discovered a tumor on his vertebrae, according to a radio interview clip.

However Ozzy Osbourne continues to appear on the family's "The Osbournes Podcast." The "War Pigs" singer recently came under fire after criticizing Britney Spears' dancing on social media.

In a previous episode of the podcast, Osbourne said he was "fed up with seeing poor old Britney Spears on YouTube," adding that it's "very, very sad."

Spears, who often shares videos of herself dancing on social media, subsequently slammed the Osbournes on Instagram, calling them the "most boring family known to mankind."

Osbourne apologized to Britney Spears for mocking her dance videos — without entirely backing down from his criticism.

"Britney, I really owe you an apology," Osbourne said. "I love Britney Spears. But it's the same dance every day! ... I didn't mean that to be offensive. I really do apologize."
