Pachinko’s Yuh-Jung Youn Joins BEEF Season 2 Cast
Academy Award winner and Pachinko star Yuh-Jung Youn will lay witness to Netflix’s latest BEEF.
In the second, eight-episode season of the Emmy-winning anthology series, “a young couple witnesses an alarming fight between their boss and his wife, triggering chess moves of favors and coercion in the elitist world of a country club and its Korean billionaire owner.”

Youn will play the aforementioned country club owner, Deadline notes.
Youn’s casting comes on the heels of Netflix (finally) confirming BEEF‘s Season 2 order as well as the casting of Oscar Isaac (Scenes From A Marriage, Inside Llewyn Davis), Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman, Maestro), Charles Melton (May December, Warfare) and Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla, Civil War, Alien: Romulus) — as the boss, wife, and young couple.
The first season of BEEF starred Steven Yeun and Ali Wong, premiered in 2023 and went on to win eight Emmy Awards, three Golden Globe Awards and two SAG Awards, among other kudos.
Though Yeun and Wong are not currently set to reprise their roles in Season 2, both are on board as executive producers alongside Jake Schreier. Lee Sung Jin will once again serve as showrunner and executive producer.
