Paige DeSorbo Says Lindsay Hubbard Pulls Reunion Looks for “Summer House” Cast: 'She's Essentially Our Mom' (Exclusive)
DeSorbo tells PEOPLE that for this year's reunion, they made sure to coordinate their looks
If you watched part 1 of the Summer House season 8 reunion on June 6 and thought to yourself, wow, everyone perfectly coordinated their outfits, you were right.
The cast pretty much did, and it was all thanks to Lindsay Hubbard (even though Kyle Cooke almost threw a wrench into everything).
According to Paige DeSorbo, 31, she and Hubbard wrangled the group this time around and made sure they were all on the same page for such a glam event.
"We're all in a group chat and we wait for Lindsay to send an email to production," she reveals to PEOPLE exclusively. "She's essentially our mom. We tell her what we're thinking and then she sends an email on behalf of all of us. They never usually give us a theme. Housewives always get a color or a theme and they're always just, 'Do whatever you want,' and we always look like we're going to different events."
DeSorbo, who has a new partnership with Face Reality that helped manage her acne breakouts, tells PEOPLE that this year they wanted a cohesive look so they looked profesh — and sexy, of course.
"So this year I got on the text thread and I said, 'Let's pick a color girls. Let's figure it out.' So we wanted to do just white and neutrals. And then of course, a man had to throw in a wrench and Kyle said that he had a custom green suit that he was wearing. So we essentially went off of Kyle's green suit and we went just, like, neutrals and we all said what color we were wearing. And it came together."

DeSorbo also addressed the moment during the first part of the reunion when she came to Ciara Miller's defense in the fallout of her fling with new cast member West Wilson. The two dated through the summer and into the fall, but Miller confirmed during the reunion that they were no longer together.
Wilson claimed show-related reasons for not continuing on with the relationship, but Miller called that a "cop-out."
DeSorbo laid into him during the reunion, saying, “No one’s faulting you that, like, you came on a show, it was about to air. It is women viewers. They’re going to love the new guys. You’re all memes. There’s so many DMS, we get the allure of that, but we are also her friend, so we see the allure of her. I mean, you have to be blind to not.”

She tells PEOPLE exclusively that she's "thankful" people have noticed that she stood up for her friend but she doesn't feel like she did anything that special — because she'd do that for any of her friends.
"I literally just stood up for my friend," she says. "And I would say the same thing for my friend to a stranger on the street if they said something mean to her. So I, of course, don't ever want to be so mean to a man, and I do like West, and he, I think, will be fine, but I would do it again if someone hurt my friend."
Part 2 of the Summer House reunion airs on June 13 at 9 p.m. ET on Bravo.
