Patrick Mahomes Reveals $30,000 Birthday Gift From Travis Kelce

Travis Kelce doesn't play around when it comes to picking out birthday presents.

The Kansas City Chiefs star tight end is said to have pulled out all of the stops for his buddy and teammate Patrick Mahomes, who rang in his 29th birthday on Tuesday, Sept. 17.

Mahomes, who has played on the Chiefs with Kelce since being drafted in 2017, appeared on the Tuesday episode of The Drive podcast, where he dished the details about his extravagant birthday gift from his bestie.

"Travis got me a Louis Vuitton golf bag, so that is gonna be sweet," the dad of three revealed. "I don't know how much I can use that on the golf course, but it will be nice to have."

Kelce is said to have spent around $30,000 on his BFF's gift from the French fashion house, which has a collection of golf bags ranging from $23,000 to $31,000 listed on its website.

And even though Mahomes' b-day gift is quite expensive, we know Kelce can afford it. Earlier this year, the athlete signed a new contract worth $34.25 million, making him the highest-paid tight end in the NFL.

The 34-year-old also scored another massively lucrative deal regarding the New Heights podcast he hosts with his older brother Jason Kelce, which has skyrocketed in popularity ever since the Chiefs player started dating girlfriend Taylor Swift last year. A report published in August revealed that the two brothers partnered with Amazon's Wondery in a deal that is said to be worth more than $100 million.
