Pete Wentz is a proud dad of three kids: Bronx, Saint and Marvel.

In 2008, the Fall Out Boy bassist welcomed his first child, son Bronx Mowgli, with his then-wife Ashlee Simpson. Since splitting from Simpson in 2011, Wentz and his girlfriend, Meagan Camper, have welcomed two more children — son Saint Laszlo was born in 2014, and daughter Marvel Jane followed in 2018.

Wentz has been open over the years about his blended family and co-parenting with Simpson, who also has a daughter and son with her husband Evan Ross.

“Putting the kids first is the most important thing. You’ve got to think of the kids and loving and caring for them,” Wentz told PEOPLE in 2015. “That’s definitely the most important thing first.”

In a Father's Day essay for TIME that same year, he reflected on his love for his children. "You have ... changed me and taught me so much in ways the version of me that existed before you would never be able to understand," the musician wrote.

Wentz and Simpson welcomed their son Bronx Mowgli Wentz on Nov. 20, 2008, in Los Angeles.

"Ashlee, Pete and baby Bronx are all healthy and happy, and thank everyone for their well wishes!" a spokesperson told PEOPLE at the time.

"We’re thrilled. [Bronx] stayed up late the first night, smiling at everyone who came into the room," Pete’s parents, Pete and Dale Wentz, added. "He already seems to have the independence and charm of both of his parents."

Being raised in a family with multiple musicians, Bronx took a liking to music at an early age. When he was 6 years old, Simpson told PEOPLE, "He's so into music. He loves to dance around and he writes little songs. They're good! It's so cute."

Several years after they split in 2011, Wentz opened up about co-parenting "really well" with Simpson and her husband, Ross.

“I have to say, I have really good co-parents to deal with. [Ashlee and Evan] are both communicative and easy-going,” he told PEOPLE in 2018. “For Bronx, it’s basically the only life he’s really known. So it’s normal to him, and he’s really good at it."

Wentz added, "Our schedules can be crazy, so we’ve been good about making sure Bronx has balance.”

Bronx has made a few red carpet appearances over the years with both parents, including joining his dad and brother Saint at the Jurassic World: Dominion premiere in June 2022.

Wentz and Camper’s first child, son Saint Laszlo, was born on Aug. 20, 2014.

“Mom and baby are happy and healthy,” a rep for the couple told PEOPLE. “They are thrilled at the addition to the family and Bronx is over the moon to be a big brother.”

In his essay for TIME, written when Saint was 10 months old, Wentz shared a sweet memory of the infant.

“On the first afternoon you crawled, you would go a little bit and then sit back and wait for everyone to clap for you—and then you would clap for yourself,” he penned. “In this moment I truly realized we were related. You attack the world like a hurricane and are the only person that can get a smile out of me before 7 a.m.”

Wentz and Camper have mostly kept their son out of the spotlight over the years, but the Fall Out Boy member revealed that Saint inherited a certain expression from him.

“He gives me the same eyebrows that I give him when I’m like, ‘Are you serious?’ ” he told PEOPLE in 2015. “There is nothing like getting that from a 1-year-old. I’m like, ‘That’s my look that you’re giving me!’ ”

While Marvel stayed home, Saint joined his parents and brother Bronx for a night out at the 2019 Grammys. The boys matched their dad in dark suits and white bow ties.

Wentz and Camper welcomed their daughter, Marvel Jane Wentz, on April 20, 2018.

“We are so happy to welcome Marvel Jane Wentz into the world,” the parents told PEOPLE. “Her brothers are both very excited about their brand new kid sister.”

Ahead of her arrival, the musician spoke to PEOPLE about his excitement over welcoming a girl. "We have a lot of testosterone in our house," he said at the time.

“I see my friends who have daughters, and it seems like a whole different kind of love that they have for each other, so I look forward to that being a completely new journey,” Wentz shared. “Hopefully it’ll bring some balance to our home!”

As Wentz and Camper have done with Saint, they have kept much of Marvel’s life private as she grows up.

In June 2020, the bassist gave fans a rare look at all three of his children. In the sweet Instagram post, 2-year-old Marvel was seated on Bronx’s lap while a smiling Saint sat beside them in a field of orange poppies.

"Lucky to be your dad," Wentz wrote alongside an orange heart emoji in the caption.
