The Traitors Season 2 opened with a bang. A total of 21 reality stars joined host Alan Cumming in a Scottish castle to compete for $250,000. And besides his spot-on quips, Alan was serving amazing looks. I would watch the show just to see Alan’s incredible fashion.

Besides showcasing his fashion game, Alan also selected two of the players to secretly become Traitors. This duo would work to murder players, called Faithfuls, and eject them from the game. But at a nightly round table, the Faithfuls and the Traitors would vote to eliminate a player. Rigorous physical and mental challenges were also on the daily menu.

Players must make it to the end, which is insanely difficult, to grab the prize money. If any Faithfuls cross the finish line, they will split the prize money. If a tricky Traitor makes it to the end, they take all the cash.

Alan selected former The Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks and Big Brother star Dan Gheesling as the first Traitors. They then recruited Survivor vet Parvati Shallow to join their ranks.

Let’s see why Phaedra Parks could win The Traitors Season 2.

Phaedra Is Skilled at Being Deceptive

As you may recall, Phaedra lost her peach after the RHOA Season 9 reunion. She was revealed as the source of a horribly destructive rumor about her co-stars, married couple Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker. Phaedra told her bestie, Porsha Williams, that the couple wanted to drug Porsha and sexually assault her. Porsha believed Phaedra and brought up the allegations on camera.

At the time of the reunion, Porsha had been served a cease-and-desist letter from Kandi. So, she asked Phaedra to speak since she informed Porsha about the alleged plan. Phaedra showed her ability to stay calm under pressure when she insisted that she only repeated a rumor that she heard.

Kandi was incensed by “the LIES!” Porsha was crushed that she believed Phaedra and lied about Kandi. And even Jesus couldn’t fix it so that Phaedra could keep her job.

But Phaedra’s ability to have Porsha spread the rumor and take the fall showed how cunning and deceptive Phaedra can be. Even when everyone turned on her, Phaedra didn’t lose her cool. That is an excellent skill for being one of the second-season Traitors.

Her Training as an Attorney Is an Asset

Let’s not forget that Phaedra has a wealth of experiences to pull on. She is an attorney and a Reiki practitioner. And since she is reportedly dating a physician, Phaedra hopped over to the Bravo series, Married to Medicine.

She does take a delicious delight in murdering her competitors on The Traitors. That could be because Phaedra is also a certified mortician.

Of course, her training as an attorney is a definite bonus. Phaedra knows how to read body language and is very intelligent. These are all crucial skills to cross the finish line and win.

Phaedra Is Killing the Social Game

Phaedra wasn’t the only Real Housewives star tapped to the cast. Tamra Judge from The Real Housewives of Orange County, Larsa Pippen from The Real Housewives of Miami, and Phaedra’s one-time co-star Shereé Whitfield from RHOA all packed their best Scottish fashion for the game.

So, could there be a housewives alliance? Phaedra told The Daily Dish about the housewife connection. “I think being from the same network—and [because] we knew [The Traitors] was on Peacock—we thought, ‘Oh, it’s our network. Y’all came to our house to play, so we should be able to win.’ However, it was anyone’s game to lose or win,” she said.

Phaedra’s social game was nearly flawless. She consoled Larsa after her boyfriend, Marcus Jordan, was murdered. When boxer Deontay Wilder was crying after he led the charge to banish former Dancing with the Stars pro, Maksim Chmerkovskiy, Phaedra dried his tears.

She is phenomenal at listening but speaking just enough to thwart suspicion. Phaedra’s sense of humor also seems to make her seem less threatening. So far, while many Faithfuls are suspicious of Dan, no one has considered Phaedra to be a threat. That bodes well for her staying until the end of the game.

She Isn’t Afraid To Be Ruthless

Phaedra shared her feelings about being a Traitor in her confessional. “I’m the most unlikely suspect. But I actually care about a lot of these people,” Phaedra explained. “But they must die.”

Phaedra told Parade that filming a housewives show was an advantage for the Bravo stars. “We definitely have to fight with a bunch of vindictive, deceptive villains. I think that is perfect training,” she explained. This sneaky former peach has no regrets about plotting the murder of other players. All while manipulating the group with her social game. Out of the trio of Traitors, Phaedra is staying well below the radar.

Phaedra Parks could win The Traitors Season 2 by using her ability to lie, deceive, and carry on a masterful social game. In my opinion, it is her game to lose.
