Pregnant Hilaria Baldwin Poses in Lingerie to Remind Women Not to ‘Feel Embarrassed’ by Baby Body

Hilaria Baldwin will not be wearing muumuus during her pregnancy, thankyouverymuch.

Alec Baldwin’s wife, who is my hero for going through her third pregnancy in as many years, posed in lacy lingerie for an Instagram photo. The yoga instructor, 32, says she’s doing it to “celebrate” her pregnancy body and remind women not to “feel embarrassed” or “hide until the baby weight is entirely gone.”

“And we begin the journey again!” Hilaria — who is mom to Carmen, 2, and Rafael, 8 months — captioned the Insta pic. “I posted belly photos every two weeks when I was pregnant with Rafa. I didn’t have the guts to do it the first time around with Carmen.

“The purpose?” she continued. “To show that we don’t need to be ashamed or hide the pregnant figure. These are common emotions in our society that elevates a thin body above all else. Being my third baby in three years, I am a true believer that our bodies are amazing, and we should celebrate them, rather than feel embarrassed and hide until the baby weight is entirely gone.”

She concluded by writing: “For both women and men: We create life … so let’s honor how we make these miracles. Every pregnancy is different, so we shall see what happens this time around, ready to take the journey with me? Deep breath, pressing ‘share.’”

Hilaria and Alec made their baby announcement a week ago by posting a photo of them holding a blue teddy bear. Their son is due this fall.
