Prince Bassist Nik West Searches for Her Perfect Rock-Star Gown on TLC’s ‘Say Yes to the Dress’: Exclusive

Nik West is saying yes to the dress.

The former Prince bassist is featured on Saturday’s (Jan. 12) episode of TLC’s Say Yes to the Dress, in which she heads over to Kleinfeld Bridal salon to pick out the “futuristic” wedding dress of her dreams.

Self-described as a “purple unicorn,” West mentioned that her ideal wedding look would be “something that has like a belle ball gown that detaches and is a catsuit one piece. I want to look like a classy superhero.”

She also discussed meeting Prince back in 2012. “He called me in the middle of the night and he says ‘This is Prince.’ I literally peed on myself a little bit. He asked if I wanted to go to Paisley Park and jam with him and we kind of just made history from there.”
