'Thank You My Love'
In his recently released "Heart of Invictus" documentary series, Prince Harry let slip the affectionate nickname he calls his wife.
It came during a scene when the Duchess introduces her husband on stage at The Hague during last year's contest. Using several glowing remarks to describe him, Meghan hyped up her beau, with whom she shares two kids, Archie and Lilibet.
"I could not love and respect him more, and I know many of you feel the same because he is your fellow veteran, having served two tours of Afghanistan and ten years of military service, and the founder of Invictus Games," Meghan said, per the Daily Mail.
Following the glowing remarks, Harry mouthed, "Thank you, my love," as he took the stage to give his speech.
The royal blood married the former actress in 2018, two years before they stepped down from their senior royal duties.
They have often shared affectionate touches in public, which makes Harry's loving moniker for her a more vocal sign of their strong connection.
All About The Invictus Games Documentary
This week, Netflix released the Invictus Games documentary on their streaming platform, almost two years after it was greenlit for production.
It follows the lives of wounded, injured, and sick armed services personnel and veterans who participated in the 2022 Invictus Games in The Hague, Netherlands.
The documentary is a joint production between Archewell Productions, Prince Harry and Meghan's production company, and Netflix.
It is also part of the series of projects from the $100 million deal signed between both parties, which previously produced the bombshell show "Harry & Meghan."
The deal would also allow the Sussexes to produce other content for Netflix, such as features, scripted shows, and children's programming.
Prince Harry And Meghan Markle's Recent Setbacks
As expected, the Invictus documentary is under pressure to achieve high ratings after Harry and Meghan's recent setbacks. The duo recently lost their $20 million deal with Spotify after only releasing one podcast, "Archetypes," which ran for 12 episodes.
Although the official report revealed that both parties agreed to "mutually" terminate the deal, a source claimed that Spotify pushed for it more because the podcast did not meet the anticipated level of success.
"Although 'Archetypes' did well and got a couple of awards, when you go into a deal like this, to have just one series over that course of time is not great," an insider said per Page Six.
They also faced additional setbacks, including the rejection of their trademark application to register "Archetypes" by the U.S. Trademark and Patent Office. Furthermore, Meghan's proposed animated series "Pearl" was also canceled.
Meghan Markle Set to Return To Instagram
With the bills mounting sky-high for the couples, they have been making moves to keep the cash flow steady. One of these measures was associated with Meghan's potential return to Instagram.
Per the Daily Mail, Meghan would come back under the username "@meghan," which already has over 100k followers after her previous account with her husband, Prince Harry, @sussexroyal, was deactivated in 2020.
Ahead of Meghan's return, several experts have predicted that she would make a massive splash in the social media waters.
"You have celebrities like the Kardashians who can command $1 million (£790,000) and up for a single post promoting a product. There is no reason Meghan couldn't be earning those sorts of fees," said social media expert Eric Schiffer.
"Meghan could charge a million dollars per post as an absolute minimum.
That sum would rise quickly if her partnerships achieve global coverage and traction," Marketing expert Kent Moore speculated.
