Drew Scott is now a father of two!
On June 5, the Property Brothers star announced the birth of his second child with wife Linda Phan, sharing the first photos of the bundle of joy to Instagram.
“Our family of 3 has become 4!” he began in the caption, adding, "Piper Rae, I love you with all my heart ??”
Scott and Phan could be seen holding the baby girl’s tiny little foot and hand in the accompanying snapshots.
Fans from all over the world poured into the comment section with congratulatory messages, with one writing, “Warmest congratulations to you and your family. Welcome to the world, Piper Rae.”
Fellow HGTV personality Ant Anstead chimed in, stating, “Oh wow! Huge congratulations you guys! Beaming for you all! ????????” as Entertainment Tonight’s Nischelle Turner added, “Congratulations Drew!!! Love to you and Linda!”
Scott and Phan, who wed in 2018, are already parents to 2-year-old Parker.
The couple announced they were expecting back in January with an Instagram post revealing Phan's growing baby bump.
"Round 2?? I hope Parker’s ready for a lil company????" Scott captioned the post at the time.
Mere days before the duo welcomed their second child, Scott admitted he was nervous about expanding his brood during a chat with twin brother Jonathan Scott.
While promoting their upcoming new series, Backed by the Bros, Jonathan asked if his brother was less prepared for the second child, which Scott immediately confirmed.
"Absolutely less prepared. I think it's all true when people say for your first child you're like over ready, you've read every book, you've had counseling, you talked to professionals," he said, adding, "Then for the second child, you're like, 'I don't need any of that.' You realize it's gonna work out. You just give them lots of love and it's gonna be perfect."
However, he was also confident in one of his skills: "Also, I was really, really good at changing diapers fast with an infant, so it's in me."
Back in April, Scott told ET that they would be keeping the baby's gender a surprise, stating, "We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. We are going to be surprised. Not too many surprises nowadays!"
It might not be another "property brother," as Jonathan previously teased, but we can imagine that Scott, Phan and Parker are thrilled to welcome a little feminine energy into the mix.
