More from The Hollywood Reporter
Founded by the late Spanish designer Paco Rabanne (born Francisco Rabaneda Cuervo) who passed away on Feb. 3 at the age of 88, the Paris-based fashion house is now led by creative director Julien Dossena, and the collab includes the most expansive offering of home decor ever from H&M’s designer collaborations.
The Rabanne x H&M collection ($30-$749) includes womenswear, menswear, organic cotton loungewear, footwear, bags, accessories, home furniture, textiles and decor that follow its late namesake’s space-age-meets-disco design codes. Per H&M, the collab is inspired by “the cool pull of the 1970s pool party [with] shimmering disc-o-rama dresses, slinky ribbed knits, and luxe loungewear destined for cocktail hour.”
Think very House of Chrome-worthy paillette party dresses and gowns ($399-$749) in silver and gold alongside lamps and angular vases with the same mirrorball-esque effect, floor-length chiffon gowns finished with crystals, jacquard floral maxi dresses, swanky metallic suit sets, chainmail vests, metallic mesh bags, cutout gowns and home textiles with geometric prints, ’70s-inspired side tables and trays made of stainless steel and recycled zinc, sequin-embellished tops and curtains, decadent military-inspired jackets, faux fur coats and more.
The home furnishings range also includes metallic stools, candleholders, goblets, bottles, dice and playing cards, while textiles and loungewear boast wool blankets and robe, monogrammed towels, cushions and rugs.

Tees, tracksuits, casual bottoms and more loungewear pieces are $40-$100; while jewelry, bags and accessories (such as wool and metallic scarves and beanies, belts, tights and more) range from $70-$349. “While this was my first experience designing homeware and objects, our founder Paco Rabanne designed some emblematic metallic furniture in the 1970s, so this interiors collection felt like an authentic extension for the house,” Dossenna explains in a release. “I wanted to embellish the lifestyle element of the ready-to-wear collection to incorporate home decor items that complemented the luxurious mood of enjoyment.”
Eco-conscious design touches include recycled materials, such as metal, plastic sequins and glass rhinestones. For those who prefer to borrow looks, select H&M stores in Europe (Amsterdam, Antwerp, Berlin, London and Stockholm) will also offer a curated collection from the collab to rent.
H&M and Rabanne celebrated the announcement with a star-studded soiree during Paris Fashion Week at cool club Silencio, where pop superstar Robyn and DJ and music producer Peggy Gou performed for a crowd that included Cher, Jared Leto, Elle Fanning, Irina Shayk, Iris Law, Ashley Graham, Issa Perica, Damson Idris and many others. (All were decked out in the collection.)
