Rachel Dratch busts a move to parody Olympic breakdancer Raygun while crashing Jimmy Fallon’s monologue
"Raygun, I see you speak through your dance moves,” Fallon said. “I understand.
Raygun has graduated from viral internet meme to inevitable late night sketch.
While delivering his Monday monologue, The Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon was interrupted by an unexpected arrival from the Aussie Olympic breakdancer herself, Raygun (aka Rachel Dratch in parody-mode).
"Breakdancing made its Olympic debut, and everyone’s still talking about the competitor from Australia named Raygun,” Fallon began, before showing a clip of the much-maligned performance, which included lots of floorwork and jumping that closely resembled a bunny hop.
"You have to wonder where Raygun is right now,” he continued, before looking around in confusion as the breakdancer’s performance music began playing in his studio. Without further explanation, Dratch emerged from behind the curtain dressed in an outfit identical to the Australian B-girl and performed her own rendition of the viral dance.

“Wow, Raygun! It’s Raygun, everybody!” Fallon said, laughing. “I have to ask you this, how are you feeling since your performance?”
Rather than verbalizing, Dratch as Raygun continued dancing and dropped to the floor to replicate some of the creative moves and poses. “Raygun, I see, you speak through your dance moves,” Fallon said. “I understand.
From there, Fallon got in on the bit and, much to the audience’s delight, began bunny hopping alongside fake-Raygun.

Raygun, whose full name is Rachael Gunn, was one of many dancers to compete in the debut of the breakdancing competition at the Paris Olympics. She was swiftly eliminated after competing in the round-robin stage of the women's competition, where she didn’t earn a single point for her performance.
Afterward, the 36-year-old former ballroom dancer became the subject of various memes as clips of her performance circulated on social media. She later told reporters (via ESPN) that “all of my moves are original.”
She continued, “Creativity is really important to me. I go out there, and I show my artistry. Sometimes it speaks to the judges, and sometimes it doesn’t. I do my thing, and it represents art. That is what it is about."
