Rain is no match for music at XPoNential Music Festival as stars shine
The wrath of Ophelia was no match for hardcore music fans, dedicated radio station staff, an army of volunteers and a full lineup of musicians ready to rock.
The XPoNEntial Music Festival 2023 took place Friday to Sunday at Wiggins Park on the Camden Waterfront in New Jersey, despite ominous forecasts and two days of rain.
While the lineup needed to be shuffled and amended many times, many of the acts scheduled to appear took the stage.
The three-day annual event kicked off Friday afternoon with Christine Havrilla and Gypsy Fuzz on the Harbor Stage, and ended Sunday evening with a rousing set by Philly's own Low Cut Connie.
Among the big acts playing throughout the weekend were Bruce Hornsby and the Noisemakers, Allison Russell, Josh Ritter, Old Crow Medicine Show, the Hold Steady, Bobby Rush, Margo Price, Wednesday and many more.
