Ray Romano, Salma Hayek, and Gary Oldman Perform a Sketch Using Only Bieber Lyrics
Ray Romano, Salma Hayek, and Gary Oldman stopped by The Late Late Show With James Corden to help shoot a new sketch. Titled “The Bold and the Lyrical,” it mirrored The Bold and the Beautiful, but used dialogue pulled directly from Justin Bieber songs.
If you know all of Bieber’s lyrics by heart, then the sketch was really amusing. If you are older than 25 or don’t listen to a lot a pop music, then the sketch was, well, not as amusing.
It was great to see such a collection of acting talent in one sketch, though. And since all the actors have such robust native accents, ranging from New York to British to Mexican, the cacophony of dialects really sold the drama. It was a like watching The Bold and the Beautiful take place in a hostel in Rio de Janeiro during Carnival.
The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
