Raycon And VIBE Join Forces For Limited Edition 30th Anniversary Headphones
In celebration of the magazine’s 30th anniversary and cultural impact, VIBE has teamed up with Raycon for limited edition headphones.
The commemorative “The Everyday Headphones” features a signature Black colorway with a golden VIBE logo above the ear cushion, which are decorated with a similar golden trim to accent the culture magazine’s timeless logo. New York City’s atmosphere heavily inspired its color scheme with subtle details paying homage to “the concrete jungle.”

“It’s an honor to celebrate VIBE’s 30-year history with our second headphone collab. Since we have been providing the ultimate in curation of music artists for our community to check, it’s only right that we provide the headphones for your quality listening experience,” stated Datwon Thomas, VIBE’s Editor in Chief. “Raycon has been a main player in the personal soundscape space for years now and to link up with VIBE during our 30th anniversary only speaks to the greatness of both brands pushing for excellence and longevity.”
Ray Lee, Co-Founder & CEO of Raycon Inc, shared some words about the new collaboration. “Raycon was born in the world of audio alongside VIBE’s immense impact on music and culture,” Lee said. “With such rich history embedded within the thirty years of VIBE, we have tremendous respect for the VIBE brand and the team. We developed this limited edition of our most popular products, ‘The Everyday Headphones,’ to celebrate the evolution and growth of our brands.”
Specs for the item include noise cancellation, 40 hours of battery, five unique microphones, and Raycon’s touted awareness mode. An official preview of the headphones also details its “360 type of sound” designed to provide users with an “interactive” listening experience.
The headphones can be used wirelessly via Bluetooth or with the included auxiliary chord. Raycon and VIBE’s new tech also includes a Type C charging cable compatible with the latest iPhones and Android phones.
