A bevy of high-profile celebrities joined the cast and creative team of “The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat” film premiere in Los Angeles on Friday. The red carpet event featured variations on runway-inspired looks from the likes of Uzo Adubo to shades of fiery red from Sanaa Lathan and more.

Uzo Aduba
Uzo Aduba favored a look from Ferragamo’s spring 2024 ready-to-wear collection. The Emmy-winning actress wore a draped sleeveless gown in a mint green hue with a flowing silhouette, keyhole cutout on the bodice and textural black collar.
Sanaa Lathan
Sanaa Lathan wore a matching set courtesy of M?not, which featured a high-waisted crepe maxiskirt with a coordinated, slightly cropped top with short sleeves and a mock neckline. She paired the dress with shoes by Christian Louboutin and accessorized with jewelry courtesy of Charlotte Dauphin.
Lathan’s hair was styled by Randy Stodghill with makeup by Meghan Yarde. Her look was curated by stylist Katie Bofshever.

Regina Hall went tropical in a jumpsuit with a base green hue and a bevy of florals in varied shades of orange courtesy of Farm Rio. Her ensemble featured a plunging silhouette.
Kyanna Simone Simpson
Kyanna Simone Simpson wore a sleeveless midi dress with allover shimmering elements courtesy of Rabanne. Simpson coordinated her sleeveless dress with a V neckline with her gold sandal heels.
“The Supremes at Earl’s All-You-Can-Eat,” directed by Tina Mabry, tells the story of three best friends, known as The Supremes, as they support one another through life’s challenges, marriage and children. The film hit theaters Friday.
