Reginald the Vampire Cancelled at Syfy
Horror comedy Reginald the Vampire is not being renewed for a third season at Syfy, TVLine has learned exclusively.
The series was an adaptation of Johnny B. Truant’s Fat Vampire book series. Created and penned by Harley Peyton (Twin Peaks, Chucky) who also served as showrunner, the dramedy imagined a world populated by “beautiful, fit and vain vampires.” Reginald Andres (played by Spider-Man: Homecoming‘s Jacob Batalon) tumbled headlong into it as an unlikely hero who navigated every kind of obstacle — the girl he loves but can’t be with, a bully manager at work and the vampire chieftain who wants him dead.” Fortunately, Reginald discovered he had a few unrecognized powers of his own.
