The cast of Real Housewives of Salt Lake City has nothing but love for The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives’ ladies. The new Hulu series has everyone talking. It follows a group of Mormon moms who are also TikTok influencers. Throw in a “soft swinging” scandal and rocky relationships set against the backdrop of the Mormon Church, and you have reality TV gold. Now the RHOSLC cast is weighing in on the new show.

Season 5 of RHOSLC is off to a fiery start, with drama between Whitney Rose and all her co-stars. So, what does Whitney think about the new Mormon Wives? “So there’s a certain culture here in Salt Lake City that’s really intriguing,” Whitney told US Weekly. “I think people are always a little bit shook when they realize the dynamics of the culture and that not everything is as it seems.”
She continued, “Utah is very much ‘Look perfect on the outside and you can be a mess on the inside, but as long as your neighbors think everything’s OK, then we’re good.’” Whitney has a friend who is a producer on The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives, and she has met some of the cast. “I’m excited to see it,” she stated.
Meanwhile, Meredith Marks commented on seeing the trailer, noting that the new series “looked pretty wild.” She added, “I hope they do great. I’m rooting for them, I hope it goes well. Bring more life to Utah.”
As for Heather Gay? She is excited about watching the series. Plus, Heather knows some of the cast members in The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives. So, she is “excited to welcome them to the reality TV fold.” In fact, Heather is so pumped about the new series that she wants to host a reunion for it.
Then Heather gave her opinion about the takeaway from Season 5 of RHOSLC. “I hope that we still are the original bad Mormons at the end of Season 5,” she stated. “And that these new TikTok moms don’t come for our territory.” I would love to see some type of cross-over between the two shows.
