Road House Trailer Shows Off the Prime Video Remake
The first Road House trailer for Prime Video’s upcoming remake of the iconic 1989 action film led by Patrick Swayze. The movie is set to release on the streaming platform on Thursday, March 21.
“In this adrenaline-fueled reimagining of the 80s cult classic, ex-UFC fighter Dalton (Jake Gyllenhaal) takes a job as a bouncer at a Florida Keys roadhouse, only to discover that this paradise is not all it seems,” reads the remake’s synopsis.

The Road House remake is directed by Doug Liman, who is known for making 2002’s The Bourne Identity, 2005’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith, 2014’s Edge of Tomorrow, and, most recently, 2021’s Chaos Walking with Tom Holland and Daisy Ridley.
