Rob Kardashian files for primary custody of Dream, claims Blac Chyna is a 'danger': Reports
Rob Kardashian wants primary custody of his 3-year-old daughter, Dream, and made some explosive allegations about Blac Chyna, claiming she's not fit to parent alone.
According to a sealed court filing obtained by TMZ, Kardashian accused his ex-fiancée of doing drugs, drinking alcohol and hosting parties while Dream is present. He also claimed Dream is learning inappropriate behavior from being in Chyna's home. The former reality star apparently enlisted Khloé Kardashian back him up in the documents.
TMZ reports Kardashian accused Chyna of "snorting cocaine," being "drunk all the time" and "a former employee of Chyna's alleges she spends $600 on alcohol almost daily and can down an entire bottle of Hennessy." The outlet claims Kardashian said Chyna gets "physical by throwing objects, including knives and lit candles."
Yahoo Entertainment has not viewed the court filing. An attorney for Kardashian has yet to respond to Yahoo's request for comment.
According to TMZ, Kardashian alleged Dream has started to repeat foul language learned from her mom, including saying "b****" and "what the f***?" The former Keeping Up With the Kardashians star also claimed Dream started "naked twerking" and that she arrives at his home with messy hair, dirty teeth and dirty nails.
In the documents, Khloé Kardashian — who is mother to 21-month-old daughter True — reportedly stated she notices a behavioral change during playdates when Dream gets back from Chyna's home. Khloé purportedly said Dream is "more in defense mode" and is "decidedly more aggressive."
In addition to primary custody, Rob asked the court that Chyna be forced to submit to drug and alcohol testing, 30 minutes before each visit with Dream. Per TMZ, he also requested her custody "consist of weekend visits, with a nanny present, who would have to authority to leave if anything happened inside the home."
In Touch reports the Arthur George founder submitted the emergency motion in court on Friday claiming Chyna is a "danger." However, it was reportedly denied. Kardashian and Chyna, real name Angela Renée White, have been ordered to attend mediation on Feb. 10 to discuss custody and visitation.
A lawyer for the model issued a scathing response to Yahoo Entertainment.
"So Rob Kardashian — who has physically abused his significant other (Adrienne Bailon) on camera and has posted illegal revenge porn against Chyna — wants to take custody of Chyna’s beautiful daughter, Dream, away from her hands-on, extremely loving mother?" the statement began.
"And Khloé Kardashian — who has a DUI on her record — wants to take her niece Dream away from her loving mother, Chyna? Oh please," Chyna's attorney continued. "Chyna will vigorously contest this latest, despicable attempt to take away her daughter in a court of law — where she will keep prevailing against her ex-fiancé Rob and the other malicious and vindictive members of his family (namely, Kris Jenner, Kim Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian and Kylie Jenner)."
The new legal battle comes nearly a year after Kardashian and Chyna agreed to joint custody. In a since-deleted tweet from February 2019, Kardashian wrote, "Angela and I are both actively co-parenting and there are no pending or active custody cases."
In May, Chyna told Entertainment Tonight she and Kardashian were on good terms. "I just feel like having a good relationship with the other parent and co-parenting is a healthy type of thing," she explained. "It’s something that a lot of people need to practice."
However, tensions between the former couple started weeks later when Kardashian apparently barred Dream from appearing on her show, The Real Blac Chyna.
Dream is still with Chyna. On Tuesday night, the reality star shared a photo of her little girl coloring on her Instagram Story.
