Ronda Rousey announces debut WWE match, slams boss
On WWE Monday Night RAW, Rowdy Ronda Rousey announced who she’ll meet in her debut match at WrestleMania 34 on April 8 in New Orleans. As part of her contract, Rousey got to select her opponent, and it turns out she might have just a little problem with authority. She chose to wrestle her new boss, Stephanie McMahon. This doesn’t come as much of a surprise. The two haven’t exactly been getting along.

But it won’t be a one-on-one match. RAW general manager Kurt Angle wanted in on the action. He and McMahon’s husband, Triple H, have had their own issues lately, and Angle had an idea: Triple H and McMahon vs. Rousey and Angle.
Of course, this being the WWE, they couldn’t have a civilized conversation about who is going to wrestle whom, and things got testy. Angle and Triple H went at it, and McMahon coldcocked Rousey from behind, knocking her to the ground. McMahon immediately took off running, which was a good idea. Not a good idea? Returning to the vicinity. Rousey pulled McMahon back into the ring by her hair, picked her up, and slammed her to the ground.
WWE Monday Night Raw airs Mondays at 8 p.m. on USA.
