It's Round 3 of the Pizza Playoff! Vote for your favorite pizzeria at the Jersey Shore
The Asbury Park Press Pizza Playoff is really heating up.
Almost 7,500 votes were cast in Round 2, which narrowed our bracket from eight top Shore pizzerias to four. Voting for the next round, which determines the final two, begins now and ends at 11:59 p.m. Friday, March 15.
Votes are limited to one per day. Be sure to get your friends and family to vote for your favorite by sharing the matchups on social media with #PizzaPlayoff.

Round 2 results
Rosie's Pizza (Point Pleasant Beach) vs. Pies Place (Berkeley Township)
Rosie's Pizza of Point Pleasant Beach triumphed over Pies Place with 85.14% of the vote (1,369) to 14.86% (239 votes).
The Sauce (Oceanport) vs. Nunzio's (Long Branch)
In a matchup that was both the closest and pulled in the most votes, this winner was decided by only 37 votes. The Sauce took 50.71% of the votes (1,324) to Nunzio's 49.29% (1,287 votes).

Denino's South (Brick) vs. Vic's Italian Restaurant (Bradley Beach)
This was another close contest, but Denino's took the win with 51.52% (931 votes) to Vic's 48.48% (876 votes).
Porta vs. The Galley (both Asbury Park)
The Asbury Park showdown went to The Galley, which earned 67.19% (948 votes) to Porta's 32.81% (463 votes).
