Sabrina Carpenter Releases Download-Only ‘Short n’ Sweet’ Bonus Track, ‘Busy Woman’
Sabrina Carpenter still has a lot of “Short n’ Sweet” left to give.
In the last couple of days, Carpenter’s official webstore has expanded to include alternative digital albums with a series of bonus tracks added: a cut called “Busy Woman,” another dubbed “Needless to Say” and a demo version of her album’s final single, “Taste.”

Carpenter announced the sale of “Busy Woman” on Thursday with a social media post, revealing that the single was written with Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen, who appear across the credits for the parent LP.
“Surprise bitch! I wrote ‘Busy Woman’ with jack and amy just after i turned in short n’ sweet and was so sad i couldn’t include it,” Carpenter wrote in an Instagram caption. “It’s one of my favorites so i wanted to give it to you as a thank you for all of the love!!!!!”
“Busy Woman,” like “Needless” and “Taste (Demo)” were available to download for a limited time Carpenter’s online store. “Needless” was also available as a bonus track on a limited edition vinyl with an alternate cover with Carpenter dressed in baby blue.
Carpenter first revealed the news of a special bonus track in an interview with Variety, where she gushed about her retro-inspired vinyl package. They were designed by herself, her sister Sarah, Dannah Gottlieb and Chase Shewbridge. She said, “I spent so much time working on the vinyl; I think it’s one of my favorite things I’ve ever made.”
Carpenter will head out on tour in support of her “Short n’ Sweet” album with dates in the UK, Europe and North America. She will start with a North American leg in Sept. 23 in Columbus, Ohio, with dates in New York’s Madison Square Garden and the Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
