Host Jimmy Fallon then asked Baron Cohen what satirical Kazakhstani journalist Borat would say to Trump and vice president Kamala Harris.
“We’ll get into your dramatic acting, but Borat interviewing both people running for president that would be very interesting to see,” Fallon told Cohen as he handed him Borat’s gray suit jacket and mustache. Acting as Borat, Baron Cohen referenced Trump’s false claims that Haitian immigrants in Ohio are eating dogs and cats.
“Mr. Trumps, you say in Ohio that people are eat the cats and the dogs. Which restaurant do they serve them at?” Baron Cohen said. “Can you get me a reservation please? In my country we have KFC: Kazakh Fried Cat. It’s pussy-licking good.”
While many of Baron Cohen’s jokes were aimed at Trump, the comedian also poked fun at Democratic presidential nominee Harris. The actor, who most recently appeared as Borat in the 2020 film Borat Subsequent Moviefilm, jokingly advised Harris “not to come to Kazakstan” because she is “a woman, a person of color and married to a Jew.”
“You already have made three of the four crimes punishable by death. Please do tell me you have made sexy time with an underage bear,” Baron Cohen as Borat said before turning his attention back to Trump.
“Mr. Trump, that remind me of your visit five years ago to the bear pageant. We paid the hush money to gather the grizzly. Problem solved,” Baron Cohen added, jokingly referencing Trump’s hush money scandal and subsequent trial. “Thank you for your nuclear secrets in return. You scratch my back, I scratch your crumb.”
