Sam Smith freaks out over Fifth Harmony's surprise visit on 'Carpool Karaoke'
Sam Smith joined James Corden on The Late Late Show Wednesday night for some “Carpool Karaoke.” They had a good time singing some of Sam’s songs, like “Stay With Me” and “I’m Not the Only One,” but the real treat was singing a little Fifth Harmony.
Sam admitted that he’s a huge fan of the girl group. Not only does he love jamming out to some Fifth Harmony, the singer-songwriter also wants them to play at his wedding someday. The two started singing “Work From Home,” but James wasn’t feeling it, so he pulled over to the side of the road. That’s when Sam realized he was not the only one going for a ride. The Fifth Harmony ladies all hopped into the backseat as Sam lost his mind in the front seat.
With Fifth Harmony joining in on the fun, everyone was finally down to do some “Work From Home” from the car. At the end of the song, Sam said, “That is my dream come true!” as he high-fived James.
The Late Late Show With James Corden airs weeknights at 12:37 a.m. on CBS.
