Sech Announces Album ‘Tranki, Todo Pasa,’ Drops Track That Captures His ‘Renewed Energy’
Sech is back and feeling more inspired than ever. On Thursday, the Panamanian reggaeton star marked his return with “Toy Perdió,” his first single since signing with Bad Bunny’s Rimas Entertainment. The new single is the first taste of Tranki, Todo Pasa, his album out Nov. 29, which he announces with Rolling Stone.
“‘Toy Perdió’ was born from a real experience,” he tells Rolling Stone. “Sometimes, you give a lot for a person, and despite that, they do you dirty. It’s a song that talks about that moment when you’re getting better physically, mentally, and emotionally and reach a moment of personal growth. But just as you feel ready to move on with your life, that person reappears.”

Sech believes the single marks a “crucial moment in my career” after he took time out of the spotlight to focus on himself and his art. He says he now returns with “renewed entry and a clearer vision” for his upcoming music.
“You can expect a lot from this album,” he says of Tranki, Todo Pasa. “We’ve worked this entire time to give the best of us, but most importantly, enjoy the process. This album represents that: Me enjoying myself, making music with my friends, just like I did when I started.”
“That’s how I feel today, like when I started, with that same energy and passion,” he adds.
Tranki, Todo Pasa is Sech’s first album in three years, following 2021’s 42, 2020’s 1 of 1, and 2019’s Sue?os. Earlier this year, he linked up with Justin Quiles, and Lenny Tavarez for a joint project, The Academy: Segunda Misión. He also dropped an EP last year, El Bloke Hills.
Rimas Entertainment General Manager Rodrigo Prichard celebrated Sech’s “new chapter” in a press release.
“Our goal is to bring his vision to life with this album, which not only reflects his artistic growth, but also seeks to reposition him as one of the most influential Latin artists in the world,” Prichard said. “We firmly believe in his talent and the impact he will have on the industry, and we are committed to supporting him every step of the way.”
