Selma Blair Reveals Why She Has to ‘Keep a Closer Eye On’ Her Teenage Son Arthur
Selma Blair’s son Arthur Saint is growing up so fast, and so fast that she has to keep an eye on him even more than usual; but for the sweetest possible reason.
In a recent interview with People Magazine at The Daily Front Row’s 11th Annual Fashion Media Awards on Sept 6, Blair gave super-rare details about her teenage son Arthur, and how she’s fully in parenting through the “teenage years.”

“[The] teenage years have happened. I’m a grandma,” she joked to the outlet. “I have an announcement.”
She added, “No, he’s 13 and you would think he’s 17. And he is the child that I will have to learn to keep a closer eye on. Because I love him very much.”
The teenage years can be tricky, but it’s so sweet that Blair shows off her love for her son whenever she can. He’s growing up so fast, as we’ve seen this past year in super-rare updates. Not only has he recently turned 13 years old, but recent photos show that he styled his hair like his mom’s: platinum blonde, but his was a buzzcut (and he rocks edgier clothes).
Truly, they grow up so fast!
For those who don’t know, Blair has one child, a son named Arthur Saint, with whom she shared with ex-boyfriend Jason Bleick.
In a previous interview with People, Blair talked about how her son Arthur has been so supportive of her amid her MS battle. “He’s had to endure a lot; he’s seen a lot,” she said. “He says, ‘Mommy’s not sick. Mommy’s brave.'”
