Selma Blair rocks no hair, no pants photo. With her usual sass, actress defends the pic
Selma Blair shared a bold portrait of herself over the weekend, wearing no pants and no underwear.
The actress also sports a shaved head, which she showed off after revealing that she's undergoing intense treatment for her multiple sclerosis.
The photo shows Blair, 47, standing and looking in a mirror, a hand against her bald head, wearing a pink and green sweater with a crab-shaped purse by designer Thom Brown, whom she tagged in the Instagram post, covering her front. Her nude backside is on display.
She captioned the post, "Portrait of a lady."
Most fans seemed to adore the picture, including celebrities.
"Modern Family" star Sarah Hyland responded to the "Hellboy" actress with a string of smiling emojis.
Model Jaime King gave a cheeky response, writing, "I love you cutie booty."
Actress Christina Milian wrote that she "adored" the post.
Blair's "Cruel Intentions" co-star Sarah Michelle Gellar joked, "You know they have medicine for that," referring to the crab purse.
Some commenters, though, didn't like that Blair, who shared her MS diagnosis in October, was quite so revealing.
"Wear your pants," one person commented.
"I don’t have any. Can you believe it! Minimalism ??." Blair responded.
Another detractor shared, "Sorry unfollowing."
Blair joked,"Is it something I said ???"
Another person said the post was a fail.
"I don’t get it but that’s just me," the person wrote. "It’s a tough disease but never lose your dignity, Selma. I get the shock factor though."
Blair answered: "I think it’s a vulnerable, humorous, odd and interesting fashion shot. I like it."
