Shaboozey & Benson Boone to Perform at ‘NBA on TNT American Express Road Show’ in Boston
The NBA is back! To celebrate the tip-off of the upcoming 2024-25 season, basketball fans can join the fun at the annual NBA on TNT American Express Road Show.
This year’s free and fan-focused event, which will take place on Oct. 22 at Boston’s City Hall Plaza following the Celtics’ championship win, will feature a pregame performance by Shaboozey and a post-game performance by Benson Boone. Both stars have had massive hit songs this year with “A Bar Song (Tipsy)” and “Beautiful Things,” respectively.

The NBA on TNT American Express Road Show will be anchored by TNT’s Inside the NBA studio team of Ernie Johnson, Charles Barkley, Kenny Smith and Shaquille O’Neal, who will provide live coverage from the venue.
In addition to the performances, the NBA on TNT American Express Road Show will have a number of other family-friendly activities, including games, activations, giveaways, contests and more. Additionally, NBA on TNT’s live game coverage will be shown throughout the event on video walls.
American Express Card Members will have access to a dedicated priority entrance at City Hall Plaza.
The NBA regular season will begin with a doubleheader featuring the Boston Celtics hosting the New York Knicks at TD Garden at 7:30 p.m. ET, followed by the Minnesota Timberwolves against the Los Angeles Lakers at 10 p.m. ET. Both games will air on TNT.
