Shania Twain Opts for Sexy Black Boots to Host the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards

Shania Twain left her sartorial impression on the 2024 People’s Choice Country Awards in Nashville on Sept. 26, where she served as host of the celebratory affair. Dazzling her audience, she swapped outfits multiple times throughout the night, at one point donning a theatrical all-black ensemble featuring knee-high boots, which followed by an array of boots options.
For this playful monochrome look, Twain channeled her inner magician. She wore a strapless corset top and a satiny miniskirt underneath a dramatic cape-like layer that fell to the floor. The ensemble also included black gloves which reached past the elbow and were adorned with swishy beaded fringe. A thick black choker around her neck also featured this dangling beaded trim. A top hat evocative of decades past was another unmissable accessory of Twain’s.
Aligning with her bold outfit, Twain wore a pair of black knee-high boots. In fitting country fashion, boots were seen left and right at the awards show, and Twain wore not one, not two but at least four pairs of boots throughout the evening. This particular black pair stood out with a sparkling rhinestones adorning the toe.
The musician also wore a pair of platform ankle-length black boots with a cow print coat, a pair of red heeled boots with a matching sequined gown, chunky white platform boots and white foldover boots with a whimsically patterned minidress.
Twain, of course, is no stranger to a tall boot. The country icon often dons a cowboy boot, like the black rhinestone-embellished pair she wore to perform at Glastonbury Festival in June. She also performed in London this summer wearing white and silver lace-up combat boots, also adorned with rhinestones.
