Kelly Osbourne says she's 'not ready to share' newborn son after Sharon Osbourne reveals birth
Sharon Osbourne is spilling the beans on Kelly Osbourne's first child with boyfriend Sid Wilson.
The 70-year-old revealed that her daughter quietly welcomed a baby boy during an appearance on Britain’s “The Talk” Tuesday, saying the new parents are doing "so great."
“She won’t let a picture go out of him, and I’m so proud of her,” Osbourne said of her daughter, 38, and new grandson named Sidney.
The new baby makes five grandchildren for Sharon and her husband, Ozzy Osbourne .

Sharon Osbourne addresses her recent health scare
During the nearly hour-long talk show, Sharon Osbourne also addressed her health scare last month.
Osbourne said she has been on the mend following an injury that led to a hospitalization.
"It's so great to be back in the UK...I've been very good," she said, adding holidays were "quiet."
When a co-host asked Osbourne to explain the medical emergency, she could not explain what happened.
"I wish I could but I can't. It was the weirdest thing," she replied. "I was doing some filming and … suddenly they tell me that I (passed out) for 20 minutes."
She said she visited at least three hospitals and "did every test" over a period of two days but "nobody knows why."
