Simon Guobadia Admits Changing Locks Amid Porsha Williams Divorce
The divorce between Porsha Williams and Simon Guobadia continues to captivate. Every day, there’s something new that they’re fighting over. They’ve clashed over their prenup, filming locales of Real Housewives of Atlanta, and allegations of a gunman on the premises of their marital home. It’s a lot, and with all of the mudslinging, it’s hard to know what to believe.
Throughout this battle, one of the most persistent issues has been the matter of their marital home. Porsha claimed their prenup gave her exclusive access to the home. Imagine her shock to arrive at the house and learn that her ex-husband changed the locks. Both sides of the story have been explained in court documents, but Simon recently got loose-lipped about the situation during an outing in Los Angeles.
Simon just came clean
According to In Touch, Simon was recently out and about in the City of Angels when a paparazzi asked him if he truly changed the locks on the house. Without hesitation, Simon proclaimed that he did get the locks changed. It sounds like he’d do it again if he had the chance.
“Hell yeah, I did,” he declared.
When it came to other issues on the divorce, Simon’s responses seemed a little less confident. For example, the pap asked him how he felt about a judge granting Porsha exclusive access to the house. He simply responded, “I’ll let the judge decide whether it’s fair or not.”
Unfortunately for Porsha, this wasn’t the first time a man had changed the locks on her. The same thing happened nearly a decade ago with her first marriage to Kordell Stewart. Funny how history repeats itself.
In the previous instance, Porsha’s ex claimed she “abandoned” their house and changed the locks for his safety. In Simon’s case, it seems as if he might have just been trying to be a nuisance. Either way, we know Porsha’s divorce attorney is taking note of this recent confession and adding it to their ever-evolving case file.
