"Hey everybody, I had an explosion in my face," he said. "I'm okay. I'm gonna be okay. But I did have some serious burns to my face and my arms."

As medical staff treated his injuries, the 47-year-old musician showed the extent of the damage.

Despite the seriousness of his condition, Wilson remained positive, reassuring fans, "I'm okay. I'm a trooper. Not exactly, but I'm hanging in there pretty good." He added, "I'm in good hands. I just wanted to come on here and let everybody know that I'm okay. Obviously, if I'm on here talking to you the way I am, it's not terrible."
