YOUR MAMA’S NOTES: A pea green, clapboard-sided Sherman Oaks, Calif., home that’s owned, per property records and the Bizzy Boys at Celebrity Address Aerial, by soap star Hunter Tylo has come up for sale with an asking price of $1.8 million.

Miz Tylo, a ’70s and ’80s pinup model who’s appeared on “The Bold and the Beautiful” on and off since 1990 famously sued Aaron Spelling in the middle 1990s after he hired her for a plum role on “Melrose Place” but fired her before production began when it became known she had a baby in her belly. The role went to inner tube-lipped “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Lisa Rinna while Miz Tylo, represented by hard-charging attorney Gloria Allred, won a $4.8 million judgment and went back to work on “The Bold and the Beautiful.” Miz Tylo will next be seen on the smallscreen in “Queens of Drama,” a reality series, currently in production, about a group of former daytime and primetime soap actresses, including Donna Mills and guest starring Joan Collins, who have come together to produce a pilot for a primetime serial drama. No, babies, we did not make that up; the newly damed and still-working 81-year-old Joan Collins is going down Reality Road! But we digress…

Property records show the famously breathy voiced Miz Tylo — who apparently and absolutely inexplicably owns (or once owned) more than 200 snow village houses she displays during the Christmas holidays — purchased the property in July 2006 for $1.585 million. The property is being marketed as a short sale, which means Miz Tylo owes more on the property than its current market value and/or asking price.

Listing details are slim, but a careful parse reveals the architecturally pastisched, two-story residence was built in 2004 on a compact 0.133-acre lot south of Ventura Boulevard and measures in at 3,668 square feet, with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a couple of (gas) fireplaces and a two-car garage as well as formal living and dining rooms and a den.
