Sofía Vergara Channels Sophia Loren in a Plunging Beaded Gown

Sofía Vergara looked like a dream while partying in Italy over the weekend.
On Sunday evening, the Modern Family alum was one of the many stars—including Kate Beckinsale, Tommy Hilfiger, Shania Twain, Katharine McPhee, and more—who attended the Fab Thirties event hosted by the Andrea Bocelli Foundation. For the stylish evening, Vergara arrived in a stunning beaded gown that felt like a nod to classic Italian elegance.
Arriving at the venue in Forte dei Marmi, Italy, Vergara looked like a vintage movie starlet—perhaps Sophia Loren?—in a plunging gown from Reem Acra.
The off-white design featured latticelike lines all across the bodice and skirt, as well as gems in the shape of flowers. In one Instagram selfie, the Griselda star revealed that she matched these floral details by sporting large silver earrings in the shape of blooming petals.
The deep V of Vergara’s bodice nearly went down to her navel, but the bottom was held together with two rows of clear crystal gems. This bustier-style top was attached to a form-fitting skirt that ended in layers of delicate tulle, and along the skirt, the latticelike design slowly morphed into tiny X’s that dotted the bottom of Vergara’s legs.
Accessories-wise, the Emmy nominee kept the sparkle going with a bedazzled rectangular clasp clutch featuring a shiny buckle on the front, as well as a silver bangle that she wore on her wrist. Meanwhile, she also sported gray platform sandal heels with a gold buckle decorating each toe strap.
