Ring of Honor held two sets of ROH television tapings from Esports Stadium Arlington in Arlington, Texas. According to fans in attendance, a noteworthy name made his debut at the tapings. Read on if you wish to be spoiled.
According to fans in attendance, Sidney Akeem, formerly known as SCRYPTS or Reggie in WWE, made his debut at the ROH tapings. He faced Johnny TV in a singles match.
Akeem entered free agency on June 1 after WWE opted not to renew his contract. Click here to see what he had to say about his departure from the company.
In recent months, Akeem has been active on the independent scene. He has wrestled for GCW and other companies.
As of this writing, there is no word on whether Akeem will be working with ROH going forward. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
