Stagecoach 2025 Lineup Appeals to Country Fans With…Backstreet Boys, Creed, Sammy Hagar
One of the magic touches of Stagecoach has always been its ability to book interesting artists outside of the country genre. For 2025, the California country festival is poised to deliver its most bonkers lineup yet. Creed, Backstreet Boys, and T-Pain will all play late-night sets on the Palomino stage, while Sammy Hagar, Goo Goo Dolls, and Tommy James and the Shondells — the Sixties bubblegum group known for “Hanky Panky” and “I Think We’re Alone Now” — appear on the daily lineup. Nelly, arguably the most country-connected of all the outliers, is set to celebrate 25 years of his album Country Grammar at Stagecoach.
As for country music, the three men headlining all represent different corners of the genre: Zach Bryan anchors Friday, Jelly Roll toplines Saturday, and Luke Combs closes out Sunday. But it’s the Stagecoach undercard that is particularly fierce, with Lana Del Rey (supporting her country album Lasso, presumably), Brothers Osborne, Sturgill Simpson a.k.a Johnny Blue Skies, Midland, and Shaboozey among the must-see acts.

This marks the second Stagecoach appearance in a row for Jelly Roll, who played just before Eric Church’s love-it-or-hate-it set in 2024 and also joined Willie Nelson onstage for Willie’s closing singalong. “Last year I got to play Stagecoach for the first time and it was incredible,” Jelly Roll said in a statement. “And I didn’t just get to play. I got to hang out as a fan of artists I love and take my daughter to see some of the best entertainers in our format. Coming back to headline Stagecoach this year is a dream-but I’ll be attending as a fan this year as well, so get ready. See you in April.”
