Starbucks is constantly coming up with new and different drinks and treats, and while they're usually met with excitement, there are always skeptics in the mix.

Such is the case with the coffee chain's upcoming menu additions, a pair of iced drinks inspired by the movie Wicked (opening in theaters this November).

In an Instagram post on Monday, Sept. 30, food blogger Markie Devo shared a pic of the two new offerings: Glinda's Pink Potion and Elphaba's Green Elixir.

"But where’s the Toto’s Barkamani Frappupawscino (wrong movie??) Starbucks is speculated to have teamed up with the new Wicked movie for two drinks crafted after characters from the movie," read the post's caption.

Markie Devo described both beverages, explaining that Glinda's Pink Potion is a "Mango Dragonfruit Refresher hand-shaken with creamy coconut milk, ice and a scoop of real dragonfruit" and "topped with silky-smooth nondairy Strawberry Cream Cold Foam and colorful candy sprinkles."

Meanwhile, Elphaba's Green Elixir is a "Starbucks Cold Brew sweetened with Peppermint Syrup, topped with silky-smooth Nondairy Matcha Cream Cold Foam and colorful candy sprinkles."

Some fans were enthusiastic about the witchy drinks.

"Def gotta try that pink potion!????" wrote one person, with another commenter saying they were "interested in the green one lol."

"OMGGGG YAYYY," raved someone else. A fourth Instagram user called the new items "so slay."

Others, however, pointed out that these drinks pretty much already exist, just without the candy sprinkles.

"Same drinks just a fancy word for the same ingredients. oh Starbucks. Bring out the engineers to help make new drinks. ????????????" wrote one unimpressed person.

"You can order these right now if you put the ingredients listed in the caption, they just don’t have the sprinkles yet and either way it’ll be expensive as hell lmao," pointed out a budget-conscious commenter.

On Reddit, there were more dismayed Starbucks fans in a thread about Elphaba's Green Elixir, specifically.

"I love a peppermint matcha but peppermint cold brew with nd matcha cf? Uhhhhh," posted one Redditor.

"They fr throwing darts at a board," complained another person, with another doubtful commenter writing, "I was about to ask… do those flavors go together? ??"
