A 40-second pommel horse routine made Stephen Nedoroscik's eyeglasses the most famous pair on the internet. Now, you can buy ones just like them.

Worcester native Nedoroscik became an icon after helping clinch a bronze medal for the men's gymnastics team in the Paris Olympics Monday.

How to get glasses inspired by pommel horse star Stephen Nedoroscik

Eyewear company eyebobs announced on its Instagram it renamed a pair of its glasses, which look nearly identical to Nedoroscik's, to "The Stephen."

"Celebrating the unique style and confidence of our favorite pommel horse champ, we’ve renamed a pair of our classic glasses, The Stephen," the company wrote.

The company also announced it would be giving away a limited quantity of free pairs of "The Stephen" on Aug. 3 at 11:16 a.m. EST, the same time Nedoroscik will be competing in the men's pommel horse finals.

The glasses are available on eyebobs' website for purchase.

Why Stephen Nedoroscik wears glasses

Beyond his talent on the pommel horse, Nedoroscik went viral for his performance because he did it without his glasses and without being able to see clearly.

The gymnast has an eye condition called strabismus, which means he has crossed eyes. He also has coloboma, a condition where some eye tissue is missing, causing light sensitivity or vision loss.

Without his glasses, Nedoroscik told TODAY he can't see clearly, but he doesn't need to for his pommel horse routine.

“When I go up on the pommel horse, it’s all about feeling the equipment," Nedoroscik said. "I don’t even really see when I’m doing my gymnastics. It’s all in the hands — I can feel everything.”
