Story trailer introduces nightmarish horrors of 'Bloodborne'

Bloodborne‘s world looks as beautiful as it does terrifying, but what ties all of the nightmare-inducing monsters together?

The new trailer for Sony’s upcoming action RPG answers that question with a look at Yharnam, the fictional city that serves as the game’s setting. A mysterious illness is now plaguing the streets of this Victorian-inspired locale.

Players will control a hunter, unraveling the city’s secrets while battling more than a few monsters that may haunt players’ dreams for weeks to come.

Bloodborne is a PlayStation 4 exclusive, set to debut on March 24. The game comes from From Software, the studio behind Demon’s Souls and the Dark Souls franchise.
