‘Stranger Things’ Cast Plays ‘Name That ’80s Movie’
The Netflix series Stranger Things may be set in the ’80s, and filled with old pop culture references, but its young stars are definitely creatures of the 21st century.

But when Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), and Noah Schnapp (Will) sat down with Yahoo Superfan to play “Name That ’80s Movie,” we were surprised by how well they did.
They got the easy ones, like E.T. — with Matarazzo sagely pointing out that Mike (Finn Wolfhard) and Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) are like Elliott and E.T. The trio also were familiar with Goonies, and watching McLaughlin impersonate Sloth is totally adorable.

But there were some classic ’80s flicks that stumped them. Let’s just say that they know the Upside Down, but they don’t know Davie Bowie’s crazy maze. There are scary monsters in both!
