Several A-list stars attended the 2024 Met Gala on Monday in New York. Among all of the celebrities who attended the event, quite a few made the evening a date night, bringing along their spouse or significant other. First-time attendees Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky made a statement in their Grecian God-like attire, while Met Gala mainstays like Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade fashioned their own coordinated sartorial statements.

“Furiosa: A Mad Max Saga” star Chris Hemsworth and his wife Elsa Pataky fashioned complementary Tom Ford looks for their 2024 Met Gala attire. The couple dazzled, with Hemsworth in a cream-colored suit and his wife in a golden semi-sheer dress.
Dwyane Wade & Gabrielle Union
Dwyane Wade and Gabrielle Union paired their looks together as well. Wade wore an Atelier Versace look in lilac with a white V-neck shirt and black shoes. Union fashioned a glittering strapless gown by Michael Kors with a high neckline and ombre fish scale appearance.
Nicole Kidman & Keith Urban
Nicole Kidman and husband Keith Urban opted for black-and-white dressing with their complementary looks. The Oscar-winning actress fashioned a custom strapless gown with white opera gloves by Balenciaga, while her husband kept it classic in a classic tuxedo with a white bow tie.
Matt Damon & Luciana Damon
Matt Damon and his wife of nearly 20 years Luciana also fashioned black-and-white looks. The couple coordinated in Dior, with Luciana wearing a column dress from the spring 2022 couture collection.

Kris Jenner and Corey Gamble kept the monochrome white look going with their looks. Jenner fashioned a dramatic ensemble in this Oscar de la Renta look with a voluminous coat and floral appliqués on the collar.

The Met Gala raises funds for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City and celebrates the Costume Institute’s annual exhibits. This year’s theme, “The Garden of Time,” nods to the “Sleeping Beauties: Reawakening Fashion” exhibit, which will open to the public on Friday. The 2024 event is co-chaired by Zendaya, Jennifer Lopez, Bad Bunny, Chris Hemsworth and Vogue editor in chief Anna Wintour.
