Summerfest might be the best concert value in the country, Report estimates the cost per act
Wisconsin residents love a good deal, and Summerfest may provide the best bargain for music lovers.
McLuck, a casino website, analyzed multiple music festivals and the cost for fans to attend for the full event, and the number of headliners.
Summerfest costs about $0.62 per act, according to McLuck. The cost to attend all nine days (June 20-22, June 27-29, July 4-6) is $130 -- not including the cost for separate tickets for headliners at the American Family Insurance Amphitheater.

Summerfest is one of America's largest and longest-running music festivals, marking 56 years in 2024 and will bring some 800 acts to Maier Festival Park on Milwaukee's lakefront.
The music festivals that are behind Summerfest, from a cost perspective, are:
EDC Las Vegas, an electronic dance music festival, came in at $1.52 per artist. The event is held May 17-19 at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and general admission is $379 per person for the three days.
Hard Summer, another electronic music festival and music cruise, was $2.73 per performance. It occurs Aug. 3-4 at Hollywood Park in Los Angeles, and the 2-day general admission tickets total was $202.
Attendance to this year's Coachella Music Festival was $499 for a 3-day general admission, amounting to roughly $2.98 per performer.
For Lollapalooza in Chicago, which takes place Aug. 1-4, general admission tickets are $409 at $3.10 per artist.
