‘Survivor 46’ promo video: Kenzie has ‘worst feeling ever’ after being left out of Tiffany ouster [WATCH]

In this week’s “Survivor 46” promo video (watch above), Kenzie Petty returns to camp after being left out of the vote that ousted her long-time ally Tiffany Nicole Ervin. Of course, Kenzie herself was targeting Tiffany at one point, but she decided in last week’s episode to write down Q Burdette‘s name instead, as the timing wasn’t right to get rid of Tiffany. Unbeknownst to Kenzie, Maria Shrime Gonzalez wanted to pad her own resume by flushing Tiffany’s hidden immunity idol, and so Maria rallied the troops and the rest is history.

The sneak peek clip begins on Night 19 at the Nuinui camp, with Kenzie telling the group around the fire, “I would have voted with y’all, if someone would have told me what was going on.” She is met by complete silence by the others.

In a private confessional, the 29-year-old salon owner from North Carolina states, “This tribal was the first time I’ve been left out of a vote. And it’s the worst feeling ever, because I’m like, what did I do to not be in the club?” Kenzie begins to tear up as she asks aloud, “Why am I not trust-worthy? I’m so confused.”

Kenzie recalls her earlier conversations with Maria and Charlie Davis in which she brought up Tiffany’s name, but she ultimately didn’t follow through with the plan. “I’m mad because this was my idea to blindside Tiff,” she notes, “and now somebody else is getting the credit. I’m mad at myself for not seizing the opportunity. I just feel so dumb.”

For the record, Kenzie and Venus Vafa both wrote down Q’s name at the last tribal council. That perhaps signals that they are now on the bottom of the Nuinui tribe. The five people who came together to eliminate Tiffany were Maria, Charlie, Q, Ben Katzman and Liz Wilcox. Tiffany thus became the third person voted out with an idol in her pocket, following Hunter McKnight and Jemila “Jem” Hussain-Adams.

Find out how everything plays out when Episode 11, titled “My Messy, Sweet Little Friend,” airs Wednesday, May 8 on CBS. Meanwhile, the “Survivor” Season 46 finale is just around the corner — it’s scheduled for Wednesday, May 22.
