‘Survivor 47’ sneak peek video: Sol throws Sam under the bus for the Andy vote [WATCH]
In this week’s “Survivor 47” sneak peek video for Episode 7 (watch above), there’s major drama at the merged camp after the Top 12 players return from voting out Rome Cooney at tribal council. The clip focuses exclusively on Andy Rueda and Solomon “Sol” Yi, with the latter having to do some damage control because he wrote down the former’s name.
“I did not want to do that,” Sol declares matter-of-factly. “I promise you with all my heart, I did not want to do that, okay? I genuinely believed Rome had an idol, I really did. And if he puts my name down, and everyone is on Rome, I’m gone.”

Andy smartly replies, “Okay, so you’re very confident that he has an idol and he’s gonna play it. That means you’re very confident that you’re sending me home.” That comment catches Sol off-guard, and he at first has no response. “Of everyone on God’s green earth, you chose me,” Andy adds.

In a private confessional, Sol tells the camera, “Me voting for Andy gives me some work to do. I knew there was a chance that Andy would still be here, but I had to protect myself. So now, I know I have to give up some things to earn his trust back, and I have no problem with that.”
Sol then explains that he was essentially told how to vote by the former Gata tribe members, who were willing to “give up Andy” if Rome had an idol. When Andy asks for an exact name, Sol confesses, “It was Sam,” referring to Andy’s buddy Sam Phalen. Uh-oh — is there about to be some major drama between Andy and Sam at the Beka beach? Stay tuned.
The seventh episode of “Survivor 47” is titled “Our Pickle on Blast” and will air on Wednesday, October 30 on CBS. As of this writing, 12 people remain in the game, but only one of them will win the $1 million prize at the end of the season. Have YOU made your “Survivor” predictions yet?
