T.I. And Tiny Sued For Alleged 2005 Sexual Assault Of Air Force Veteran
Clifford “T.I.” Harris and Tameka “Tiny” Harris have been hit with a lawsuit alleging that the couple drugged and sexually assaulted an Air Force veteran during an encounter in 2005.
According to documents obtained by Rolling Stone, the suit was filed on Tuesday (Jan. 2) under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover Up Accountability Act. The filing claims that T.I. vaginally penetrated the Jane Doe plaintiff with his toes while his wife, Tiny, pinned her to the bed.
The accuser, who claims the incident occurred when she was “around 22 or 23 years-old,” says she met the Harris’ through an employee of theirs named Caviar, who later introduced her to the couple while at a Los Angeles nightclub.
Upon meeting the Harris’, the woman says Tiny handed her a drink. The plaintiff she believes was spiked, as she suddenly became “extremely dizzy and lightheaded.” After being separated from a friend that accompanied her to the club, the plaintiff says she wound up in a hotel room with T.I., Tiny, and two other women.
She recalls T.I. telling the other two women to leave before he began making commands to her in “explicit detail.” She says Tiny then stripped her naked and entered a shower with her. Upon exiting the shower, she says T.I. commanded her to the bed, which is when the alleged incident occurred.
“While Tiny was straddled on Plaintiff’s back and pinning her down, T.I. then proceeded to slide his toes into Plaintiff’s vagina,” the filing reads. “Plaintiff told him ‘No’ (and) tried to move T.I. out of her and away from her. T.I. then said he would go get a condom and Tiny continued to arouse herself by grinding on Plaintiff and massaging her backside. Plaintiff grew increasingly sicker and felt extremely ill by the assault and battery she was experiencing.”
T.I. and Tiny vehemently refuted the allegations, deeming the lawsuit as an “extortionate” attempt at a money-grab. “On the heels of positivity, negativity always rears its ugly head. This plaintiff has been threatening to file this lawsuit for THREE years. For THREE years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations,” the couple said in a statement.
“For THREE years we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do,” the statement continued. “For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear. We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court.”
This is not the first time the couple has been accused of sexual assault. In 2021, attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn said more than 30 “women, survivors and witnesses” had accused the Harris’ of “forced drugging, kidnapping, rape and intimidation” over a 15-year period. The LAPD launched an investigation into the couple, but no charges have been filed against them in relation to the allegations.
